In March 2023 we contracted Hamzah Verster of Eco Solar Power to upgrade and expand our existing solar system. Many vendors claim to offer great service. In the case of Eco Solar Power, the reality exceeds the claim. Hamzah provided us with exceptional service. We have used many service providers, including other solar installers, in the past. I can confidently state that Hamzah provides better support and service than any other supplier we have used. Prior to the contract, Hamzah willingly spent many hours with us to discuss our unusual requirements. He also provided us with a variety of options, and unbiased advice. During the installation itself, his service was remarkable. Apart from being punctual and reliable, he was willing to work around our business schedule. This meant that much of the installation was done after hours. On one particular night, Hamzah and his team worked until almost midnight. In the year since the installation, Hamzah has continued to provide exceptional service. He has provided advice over the phone on many occasions. He has made extra site visits when needed, and even returned calls over the weekend. I have recommended Hamzah Verster to other people, and will continue to do so in the future.

During June of 2022 we started negotiations with Mr. Hamzah Verster from Eco Solar Power for the Installation of an 8 kW Inverter with 5 x 5.1 kW batteries and 18 x 550-Watt solar panels at our home in Centurion. We approached this installation in two phases with the initial installation of only the inverter and 3 * 5.1 kW batteries. Approximately 9 months later we completed the installation by adding the solar panels and the final 2 batteries. During this process Hamzah Verster from Eco Solar Power was extremely helpful with the correct advice and always available for assistance. Even when the installation was completed, he answers questions, updates the system, and provides information to improve the installation with new products/technology on the market as applicable. "In July 2019, Eco solar power installed a 5 kVA inverter, 6 kW solar panels with a lead-acid battery storage system at my home. Since I have invested in a power backup system installed by Eco Solar Power I have not been affected by load-shedding or power failures in Christoburg, Pretoria, where I reside. The job was done with the necessary knowledge, skills and experience in a very professional way and also allows for upgrading with solar panels should the need arise. The system has been providing me with backup power for the last 6 months with no comebacks or installation problems that had to be sorted out. We are able to utilize most of our electric equipment in the same way as under normal electricity conditions. The transition from Eskom power to the backup power system is immediate without any interruptions thus not causing damage to electric equipment. It also contributes to the safety in and around the house for the power supply to all safety measures installed such as an electric fence, alarms and security lights are not affected.
